New low-cost china tablet that arrives at stores under the name of MAD GIGA KT107, a 10.1 inches with a very modest configuration and only valid to give it a basic use. The SoC of this tablet is an MT6580M that uses ARM Cortex-A7 processors, totally surpassed at this point by the Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A55, although at least it has 2GB of RAM. The version of Android remains in the 6.0 a version quite old and can give us incompatibilities with new APPS. We have other options with a more modern SoC for a little more money.
SoC, RAM and storage
The MAD GIGA KT107 tablet includes the Mediatek MT6580M SoC, a modest Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A7 processors capable of reaching 1.3Ghz and integrating a Mali-400MP2 GPU. It also has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage memory that we can expand thanks to the included microSD card reader.
Screen and other specifications
The screen is a 10.1″ IPS with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and includes a front camera with microphone of which we do not know the resolution and a rear 5MP with LED flash. The battery is 6000 mAh, also integrates wifi b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and modem with support for 2G / 3G and Dual SIM networks. At the connectivity level we found a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port for data and load.
