Motorola Edge 60 Fusion, new mid-range with better display and 68W charge

The new Motorola Edge 60 Fusion has just been launched, a terminal with a very similar design to the Motorola Edge 50 Series, although the differences in its interior are notable.

A Motorola that uses the SoC Mediatek Dimensity 7300, an evolution of the Dimensity 7050 which exceeds up to 25% in CPU and 20% in GPU thanks to its new Arm Mali-G615. It also highlights its screen with a 6.67″ curved AMOLED panel that will provide good visibility, thanks to its high brightness and refresh rate that reaches 120 Hz and which percent can be used even with wet fingers.

The operating system is Android 15 with guaranteed update to Android 18, the Hello UX layer and the MOTO AI suite of artificial intelligence tools. Its body has MIL-STD-810H, and IP69 military grade resistance certifications, so this Motorola presents good durability.

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Specifications

The SoC of this new Motorola smartphone is the Mediatek Dimensity 7300, an Octa Core manufactured in 4 nm. Within this integrated we have two clusters, the most powerful with 4 ARM Cortex-A78 processors that reach 2.5 Ghz and the most efficient with 4 ARM Cortex-A55 processors that reach 2.0 Ghz. The GPU is a Mali-G615 MC2 that reaches 1047 Mhz and includes support for HDR10 technology. We also have an NPU 655 for artificial intelligence work.

The RAM has at the moment a single version with 8 GB LPDDR4X although as always we can expand it virtually with the storage memory. For storage we have 256 GB UFS 2.2 that we can also expand via micro SD slot up to, we assume, with 2 TB capacity cards.

Display, cameras, and autonomy

The display panel used by the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is a 6.67-inch pOLED with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels, maximum brightness of 4500 nits, 120 Hz refresh, 20:9 aspect ratio and is protected by a Gorilla Glass 7i glass.

For selfies, we have on the front a 32 MP camera that complements the rear sensors, with a 50 MP OIS main lens (SONY LYTIA 700C), a 13 MP wide-angle and a light sensor. We also have fingerprint reader integrated into the screen, 5G/4G LTe connectivity with Dual SIM, Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and GPS 4 in 1 for precise positioning anywhere

As for connection interfaces, in this new terminal we find a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port for data and recharging. The battery is 5200 mAh with fast charging up to 68 W and for audio we have Hi-Res and Dolby Atmos certified stereo speakers.
