Available a new NVIDIA Shield Experience 9.2.4 update via OTA. It’s impressive how long this device has been on the market, now almost 11 years.
This new official 9.2.4 firmware with Disney+ Fix, minor bug corrections and adds optimizations to improve the user experience. It’s a minor update that downloads automatically thanks to the OTA system, which makes it very easy to install these improvements on our device. If we don’t see the message about this new version, we can check manually in the settings by forcing a search for new updates.
The Nvidia Shield is undoubtedly immortal, although all its fans are waiting for a new version with hardware support for new codecs such as AV1 or with an HDMI 2.1 port with better features.
