The new Retroid Pocket 6 console is now available for purchase—a retro-style device that, in one of its five designs, resembles the classic Nintendo SNES.
In addition to its standout design, this console features a powerful processor. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, a SoC that provides an ideal solution for running almost anything with ease. Another highlight is its5.5″ FHD AMOLED display, which delivers high-quality visuals and top-notch contrast. It also features interchangeable left analog sticks and D-pads, allowing you to comfortably use any control scheme you prefer.
The operating system is a customized version of Android 13, which allows us to easily install any Android emulator. We can also use it for streaming games via Moonlight or Steam Link, running demanding titles from our PC.

As for controls, it features a layout with two joysticks, a directional pad, four buttons, four triggers, and other function keys. The connectors include a USB-C 3.1 OTG port with video output, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a microSD slot.
This console features Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, a gyroscope, vibration, two speakers, and a 6000 mAh battery that provides about 5 hours of battery life. It supports 27W fast charging, which can bring it to 100% in 90 minutes. The dimensions are 205.5 x 80.5 x 17.2 mm, and the weight is approximately 300 g.
