S10 Mini a new bland Box with SoC S905W

Another box with the low price S905W SoC that reaches stores under the name of S10 Mini. A Smart Box governed by Android 8.1 and the SoC Quad Core of Amlogic S905W that at least does not guarantee a good basic performance in conjunction with its 2GB of RAM. An unpretentious Box of any kind, since in addition to the design the price is not very attractive either.

Basic review

The S10 Mini can be used as a basic mediaplayer with KODI in FHD resolution and you can also run simple games without too many graphic pretensions, you can see similar models in our review. We must remember that this type of cheap Box does not have an assured support of updates and does not have DRM certificates so we can only see Netflix in the basic quality. SoC, RAM and storage

The Smart Box with Android S10 Mini integrates at the hardware level the Amlogic S905W SoC, a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors and a MALI-450MP5 GPU. It has 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 16GB of eMMc storage memory and a microSD card reader located on one side of the black plastic box that allows us to increase its internal storage.

Other features

At the level of wireless connectivity we only have WiFi b/g/n with internal antenna as it does not have Bluetooth. As for connectors includes 2 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI 2.0 port, SPDIF digital audio output, 10/100 network connector and finally an analog port for audio and video, a fairly simple configuration in this aspect.

Also included in the box is a basic infrared remote control, cables and power supply.
