New Chinese Android Box that we found in AliExpress called T01 MAX and that stands out for its few new features compared to what we already have in the market for these players.
A Chinese mid-range Box Based on the Allwinner H616 SoC and that at least comes with Android 10 as the operating system, so we will have a good useful life. The T01 MAX can be used without problems as a multimedia player by installing the KODI media player or to use all kinds of Apps including games and emulators, since the GPU that comes with its Alwinner processor is not bad.
To use it with paid streaming apps, it is not an option to choose (there are other alternatives), since it is limited to low resolution in most services, due to the fact that it does not have the necessary certificates. T01 MAX Specs
The Box T01 MAX includes the Allwinner H616 Quad Core SoC manufactured in 28nm. This is a chip that integrates 4 ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.8 Ghz and an ARM Mali-G31mp2 GPU.
We have a version of this Smart Box with 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand thanks to the micro SD card slot that it includes on one of its sides where we can theoretically insert up to 64 GB capacity cards.
Other features
In the field of wireless connectivity, we have Dual Band Wi-Fi aC with internal antenna and Bluetooth 5.0. As connectors, we find in its plastic case 2 USB 2.0 ports, a micro USB OTG, SPDIF digital audio output, a 10/100 network connector, analog audio and video output jack and an HDMI 2.0a video output port that allows us to take video without problems up to 4K @ 60fps resolutions.
An IR remote control, power supply and HDMI cable are delivered with this Smart Box to be able to start using this Box just by taking it out of the box and connecting it to our TV.
