Presented a new version of the Teclast M50 Mini, a tablet with 8.68″ screen that now includes some interesting improvements in its display.
A tablet manageable with one hand and a metal body in which we see side frames of only 3.5 mm wide, 345 grams of weight and a thickness of 8.5 mm. Its operating system continues to be Android 14 and its screen is renewed with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a higher resolution of 1340 × 800 pixels.
This tablet continues to use an entry-level Octa Core Unisoc T606 SoC with a score of almost 160,000 points in Antutu, which puts it on par with the Mediatek Helio P65 and close to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. It includes Widevine L1 DRM certificate to watch Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and other streaming services in Full HD quality.
TECLAST M50 Mini Specifications
Inside the TECLAST M50 Mini we find as a central axis a Unisoc T606 processor manufactured in 12nm FinFET. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 1.6 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.6 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 650 Mhz. A processor with enough power to run apps without problems and games at medium or low level.
We have 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM on the motherboard, expandable up to 14 GB with the storage memory. The internal storage is 128 GB eMMc 5.1 that we can expand up to 1 TB thanks to the micro SD card reader found in the SIM tray.

The Teclast M50 Mini touchscreen display is an 8.68-inch IPS Incell with TDDI technology, a resolution of 1340×800 pixels, 16:10 ratio and a maximum brightness of 320 nits. It also includes light, proximity, and HALL sensors. On top of the display we have a 5 MP camera with microphone that complements the 13 MP main rear with LED flash and a 0.3 MP auxiliary camera with AI support.
This tablet integrates a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray, Dual Band Wi-Fi aC wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, gyroscope and GPS. The battery is 5000 mAh and two speakers with audio amplifier system.
In terms of connectivity, this time we have a USB Type-C port for charging and data and 3.5 mm audio jack in case we want to connect headphones.
