Teclast T40 Plus, 8GB of RAM and Android 11 for this powerful 10.4-inch 2K tablet

The new Teclast T40 Plus tablet has just been presented in China, a 10.4-inch tablet with 2K resolution that attracts attention for integrating Android 11 as an OS.

A tablet that stands out in several aspects such as its powerful Octa Core UNISOC T618 SoC manufactured in 12 nm where we find 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors and 6 low-consumption Cortex-A55 chips. Regarding its hardware, its 8 GB of RAM also attracts attention and its design we highlight its very compact metal body in every way, since its weight remains at 455 grams, and it is only 7.8 mm thick. A very interesting tablet with very complete hardware.

The Teclast T40 Plus integrates as a motor a UNISOC T618 SoC an Octa Core includes 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 2.0 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 2.0 GHz ARM and an ARM GPU Mali-G52 MP3 that reaches 850 MHz.

In the memory section we have no less than 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and storage we have 128 GB of high-speed eMMc 5.1 memory that we can expand by the micro SD card reader with up to 2 TB.

Display and other specifications

The touch screen of the Teclast T40 Plus is a 10.4 inch IPS In-Cell (screen in one layer) with a 2K resolution of 2000 × 1200 pixels and reduced frames. At the top of the screen, we have a 5 MP camera with two microphones that complements the 8 MP rear with flash.

This tablet integrates a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with a Dual SIM tray, Wifi aC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 6600 mAh battery that theoretically lets us see up to 7 hours of video and four speakers. In terms of connectivity, we have a 3.5 mm audio jack and USB Type-C port for data and battery recharging.
