The new high-end UGOOS SK4 Pro TV box is now available in stores; it’s an upgraded version of the UGOOS SK4 that features an Amlogic S905X5M-K processor.
The Amlogic S905X5M-K isn’t more powerful than the Amlogic S905X5M-J, but it now adds support for Dolby Atmos and DTS at a higher price. The rest of the device’s specs remain solid, featuring strong networking capabilities with Wi-Fi 6 and a Gigabit RJ45 port, along with 4 GB of RAM.
The operating system on this box is Android 14, and this time it DOES have DRM certificates to watch Netflix and similar services in high quality. It’s a version of Android with many extra audio, video, and network settings, plus the Superuser feature we’ve come to expect from this brand. A unique TV box, albeit at a fairly high price—something we’ve come to expect from this brand.
Ugoos SK4 Pro Specifications
This Android Box features the Amlogic S905X5M-K processor, manufactured on a 6nm process. A chipset that integrates ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a performance of 30K DMIPS and a new ARM Mali-G310 V2 iGPU. It also supports native decoding of H.265, AVS2, VP9, and AV1 codecs at resolutions up to 4K@75fps 10-bit and is compatible with HLG, HDR10, and Dolby Vision technologies.
We have a single version of this box with 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64 GB of eMMC storage. If you want to expand the memory, you can use a USB port located on the side of the box.

In terms of wireless connectivity, the Ugoos SK4 Pro features Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. The ports on the plastic case include a USB-C port for power, a USB 2.0 port, another USB-C port, a 10/100 Ethernet port, an SPDIF digital audio output, and an HDMI 2.1b video output with 4K@75 Hz.
