The new SoC for smartphones UNISOC T9300 has just been presented , the new top of the range of this Chinese semiconductor brand, which surpasses the UNISOC T8300, although by a little, and which was presented earlier this year.
This chip is an Octa Core manufactured in 6 nm with a performance that would reach a score of 550,000 points in AnTuTu v10 thanks to its 2 ARM Cortex-A78 processors. An SoC that would have its approximate equivalent in the Mediatek Dimensity 7050 and that already comes with Android 16 as system.
A chip with 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A78 processors that reach 2.4 Ghz and 6 efficient ARM Cortex-A55 processors that reach up to 2.2 GHz. In the graphics section, we have an integrated Mali-G57 MC2 GPU that reaches 1.1 Ghz. A configuration similar to that of the UNISOC T8300 but with higher clock frequencies.
The supported RAM memory is LPDDR4X and the storage is UFS 2.2. The ISP is a 7th Generation Vivimagic, capable of handling cameras up to 200 MP, perhaps the main novelty of this SoC. We have support for up to FHD displays with 120 Hz refresh with HDR10. Naturally, we have 5G connectivity and this time we add support for non-terrestrial NR NTN networks that allow it to communicate directly with satellite networks in the absence of terrestrial connectivity.
Availability
- The new UNISOC T9300 will be launched in the coming months in mid-range smartphones from multiple Chinese brands such as ZTE.
