The Wanbo T2 is a projector that we can find in Chinese online stores that comes with the support of Xiaomi, since it was born through a crowdfunding campaign on its Youpin platform. Has two versions Wanbo T2 Pro with Android OS and Wanbo T2 Free without it.
A projector that stands out for its exterior design, with lines that are out of the ordinary and its size of only 110 x 150 x 140 mm that will allow us to place it in any corner. Its interior is also quite careful, since it includes cooling with 2 fans and a design that makes it difficult for annoying dust to accumulate on the lens. It has an internal media player, although as always it is better to connect it to a miniPC or TV-box that will allow us to play any audio and video format. By the way, another slap on the wrist for Xiaomi because not all the specifications of this projector are published as real resolution or contrast.
The Wanbo T2 has a projector with LCD technology with a 480p native resolution, although it is indicated that it supports a maximum resolution of 1080P for Wanbo T2 Free and 4K for Wanbo T2 Pro, the brightness is 150 ANSI Lumens. The focus is manual, the vertical keystone correction is automatic, and we can achieve a screen with recommended dimensions of between 40″ and 120″ by placing it between 1.5 and 3 m. This projector integrates two 3W speakers and this time we do not see control keys on its housing, so we can only control it through the remote control.
Connections, multimedia and other features
The Wanbo T2 projector includes in the scope of connectivity only a USB 2.0 port, analogue audio and video input port and an HDMI 2.0 video connector. Wanbo T2 Pro have Android OS, but we don’t know the version, have support for mirror screen and Bluetooth.
