The new Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, the new tablets of this well-known brand that takes a new step forward, have just been presented.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro share many features and a new design, as now the body is built in metal in one piece and the camera module is similar to the Xiaomi Mi 13. As expected we have a jump in the processor since now the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro uses a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and the Xiaomi Pad 6 a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, power to spare in both versions.
The screen offers us the same size of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 with 11 inches IPS OGS compatible also with Dolby Vision, but now we have slightly higher resolution of 2880 x 1080 pixels and refresh increased to 144 Hz. In terms of software we have Android 13 with the usual MIUI that is already on version 14.
Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro specifications
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Octa Core processor manufactured in 4 nm with configuration 1×3.2 GHz Cortex-X2, 3×2.8 GHz Cortex-A710, 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A510 and for the graphics section we have an Adreno 730 GPU. A processor with enough power to move any Android game and streaming.
On the other hand the Xiaomi Pad 6 integrates the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, an Octa Core manufactured in 7 nm, which reaches up to 3.2 GHz in one of its ARM Cortex-A77 cores, to this are added three ARM Cortex-A77 cores and four low-power ARM Cortex-A55 CPUs. In the graphics section we find an Adreno 650 GPU with OpenGL 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1 support.
For the RAM memory we have for both tablets with versions of 6/8/12 LPDDR5. For storage we have high-speed memory UFS 3.1 with options of 128/256/512 GB.
Display and other features
Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro share an 11-inch IPS 16:10 screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels, a refresh rate that reaches 144 Hz, brightness of 550 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. We have Wifi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2 (5.3 for the Pro), NFC and a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen1 port. The sound section has 4 microphones and 4 speakers compatible Dolby Atmos Sound.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 has a battery of 8840 mAh with fast charge of 33 W and the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro one of 8600 mAh with fast charge of 67 W. On the other hand, in the photographic section the Xiaomi Pad 6 includes a main camera of 13 MP and a front of 8 MP while the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro enjoys a main of 50 MP, secondary of 2 MP and a front of 20 MP.

- The new Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro are currently only available for purchase in China, available on April 21, for a price starting at 255 € at the exchange rate for the Xiaomi Pad 6.
