If yesterday we took a look at the new Xiaomi RedmiBook 14 II, today we put our eyes over the new Xiaomi RedmiBook 16, specifically its version with the recent AMD Ryzen 5 4500U and 4700U APUs.
A notebook that can work as a desktop PC thanks to its 16.1-inch screen and with which we can even move new games at a good graphic level thanks to the new AMD APUs, also we can use any program that runs under Windows 10. In the field of design this notebook stands out for its screen that occupies 90% of the front thanks to its small frames, which makes its volume like many 15-inch laptops.
Processor, RAM and storage
The new Xiaomi Redmi Book 16 is available in versions with the AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with 6-cores APU and the Ryzen 7 4700U with 8-cores. The GPU is an AMD Radeon Vega and is manufactured in 7 nm which achieves a performance increase of approximately 30%. We also have 8/16 GB of DDR4 RAM is also available and for storage we have a SSD SATA 3 of 512 GB.
Display and other specifications
The screen of the Xiaomi RedmiBook 16 is a 16.1 inch IPS with 16:10 format, 100% RGB FullHD resolution and 300 nits brightness. It also includes a 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi aC wireless adapter, Bluetooth 5.0, two USB 2.0 ports, two other USB Type-C ports, one with video/data/charging output, a USB 3.1, HDMI connector and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
