The new Xiaomi Router BE5000 is an evolution of the Xiaomi Router BE3600 that substantially improves its speed up to 5,011 Mbps.
Its design follows the lines of this range of Xiaomi routers, although this time it includes 5 flat Wi-Fi antennas, measuring 271.9 x 40.9 x 220.8 mm and as can be seen, it is designed to be placed only in vertical position. To highlight in its configuration its 2.5G network port, its ability to create Wi-Fi MESH networks with other Xiaomi devices and the inclusion of the new Xiaomi Xrange 2.0 technology that minimizes latency and magnifies coverage.
The Xiaomi Router BE5000 is capable of managing up to 128 simultaneous devices, has a maximum combined speed reaching 5011 MBPS and includes support for dual WAN. A very interesting router with Wi-Fi 7 and already available at a very good price.

The Xiaomi Router BE5000 includes as its backbone a Dual Core SoC manufactured in 6nm that reaches a speed of 1.1 Ghz supported by 512 MB of memory. The heat dissipation produced by this router is passive, so there are no annoying fans.
The chip that manages the Wi-Fi 7 has 802.11be, 802.11ax, 802.11ac, 802.11n, 802.11g, 802.11b and 802.11a protocols. This router also supports 4K QAM, OFDMA, MLO, BSS Coloring, IPv6 protocol and WPA3 encryption. The 2.4Ghz band has a 2×2 antenna and reaches a maximum speed of 688Mbpsand while the 5Ghz band also has other independent 3×3 antennas that reach up to 4323Mbps.
In the Xiaomi Router BE5000 we have a 2.5G port and three Gigabit LAN for the connection bridge with our router and distribution. As operating system we have the usual OpenWRT based with the usual MiWiFi layer, which we can easily manage and monitor through the Xiaomi app or via web.
