We found today the announcement of the new Beelink SER6 Max, an update of the previous SER6 version with the addition of the vapor chamber of the new GTR7.
The new Beelink mini-computer updates external design, but mounts the same AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor with eight cores and sixteen threads that reaches up to 4.75 GHz. In the graphics section we have the Radeon 680M GPU that works up to 2.2 GHz and with the new RDNA2 architecture doubles the performance of previous Vega GPUs.
A small computer that you can see in operation in our review of the GTR6 which is very similar, now with the addition of the vapor chamber will considerably improve noise and thermals.
Beelink SER6 Max Specifications
The Beelink SER6 Max small computer integrates an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS Octa Core processor with sixteen threads, with speed up to 4.75 GHz. It includes a powerful 12-core Radeon 680M iGPU that reaches a speed of 2.2 GHz, this allows us to play demanding games in 1080p quality with the appropriate settings. This processor is manufactured with 6 nm technology with Zen 3+ technology and has a double ventilation system.
In the RAM section we have versions of 16/32 GB DDR5 4800 MHz and an SSD disk M.2 2280 NVMe Pcie x4 with size of 500 GB and speed up to 3500 MB/s. Inside this small box we can also mount another internal 2.5″ SATA storage unit.
As for the wireless connectivity section we have a Wifi 6 adapter and Bluetooth 5.2. As connectors, on the front of the case we have one USB-A 3.0 port, a USB 4 Type-C port (complete with 100W PD charging), 3.5mm audio jack and a BIOS reset button. On the back we have a 2.5 GB Ethernet connector, two USB 3.0 connectors, one USB 2.0, two HDMI 2.1 video outputs with 8K@60 HDR support which gives us the possibility to connect up to 3 simultaneous displays.
This mini PC includes as system Windows 11 Pro and includes a VESA bracket to hang it behind our monitor or TV.
