We found a new version of the Chuwi Hipad Pro, a tablet with a 10.8-inch screen that now improves its performance significantly with the addition of new hardware.
This complete tablet now opts for a Mediatek Helio G95 processor, the previous version of the HiPad had a Snapdragon 662 and has a notable improvement in the screen, since it has a higher resolution of 2.5K. The novelties are also in the software, since we now have Android 11 as the operating system, although on the contrary the 3.5 mm audio jack is lost, an interface that is still essential for many.
Its external design does not vary too much, because we continue with a metal body that is only 7.5 mm thick, weighs 455 grams and has very small bezels that make the 10.8″ screen occupy more than 90% of the front of the tablet. Note the Punch Hole-type camera on one side and the presence of 128 GB of high-speed storage, some of the points that make this a fairly complete tablet, although at the moment with a fairly high price.
SoC, RAM and storage
The HiPad Pro in this version has a mid-range processor such as the Mediatek Helio G95, an Octa Core manufactured in 12nm with 2 ARM Cortex-A76 processors up to 2.1 GHz + 6 ARM Cortex-A55 up to 2.0 GHz. In the graphic section, We have an integrated Mali-G76 MC4 GPU that allows us to play demanding titles with some fluidity.
We also have on the motherboard 8 GB of LDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 high-speed storage memory that we can increase thanks to the presence of a micro SD card reader that supports up to 128 GB drives.
Screen and other specifications
The screen of the CHUWI HiPad Pro is a 10.8-inch IPS with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a 16:10 screen format and a light sensor. In the camera section we have a 5 MP front camera in a hole on one side of the screen with, while for the rear we have an 8 MP with LED flash.
We also have a 7000 mAh battery that provides up to 10 hours of autonomy, with fast charging Dual Band Wifi AC, Bluetooth 5.0 GPS, FM radio, 4G-LTe Modem with Dual SIM, two microphones and 4 speakers located in the corners of the tablets. In terms of connectivity, we have a single USB Type-C 3.0 port for data and power.
Optionally, we can buy you a Bluetooth keyboard and a Stylus H6 or H7 to use with your touch screen.
