Honor continues to expand its already extensive range of tablets, and today we have the new HONOR Pad X9a, basically a better screen version of the HONOR Pad X9 Pro.
A tablet with a sober design and a metal body, something to which we are already accustomed to this brand, although the interesting thing is on the front with a screen with a resolution of 2508×1504 pixels and a good refresh rate that reaches up to 120 Hz.
In charge of moving this new Honor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685, which with its 440,000 points in Antutu, is close to the Snapdragon 888 and is above the Mediatek Dimensity 8000. Finally, as an operating system we are up-to-date with Android 15, although it carries the MagicOS 9.0 brand layer that includes different tools powered by iA.
HONOR Pad X9a Specifications
Inside this new HONOR tablet we have as engine a well-known Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC manufactured in 6nm. An Octa Core chip with high-performance ARM Cortex-A73 processors capable of reaching 2.8 GHz, four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with a maximum speed of 1.9 GHz and an Adreno 610 GPU that reaches 614 Mhz. A processor with a power to move apps without problems and games at medium or low level.
This tablet comes with 8 GB of RAM soldered on the board and for storage 128 GB, with the option to expand it up to 512 GB thanks to the micro SD card reader included.
Display and other notable features
The HONOR Pad X9a tablet has an IPS screen with a size of 11.5 inches (ca. 29 centimetres) with a resolution of 2508×1504 pixels, 10:6 aspect ratio, brightness of 400 nits, 100% sRGB and refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The front camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is 8 MP and in the sound section we have a microphone and 4 immersive sound speakers.
On the sides, we find its single USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. It also includes Wi-Fi 5 wireless connectivity, optional 4G-Lte modem, Bluetooth 5.1 and the battery is 8300 mAh with 35 W fast charging.
