The new Oppo Pad 2 has just been presented, a high-end tablet with a very complete configuration in all its aspects.
The star of the Oppo Pad 2 is its 11.6-inch screen that has a resolution of 2800 x 2000 pixels, with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and an aspect ratio of 7:5 that gives it that boxy look. As an engine, a powerful Octa Core Mediatek Dimensity 9000 is chosen, which will be supported by LPDDR5 RAM memory, which guarantees us great speed. A tablet very similar in many ways to the OnePlus Pad, which is not surprising considering that the two brands have the same parent company.
At the moment the Oppo Pad 2 is only available in China, although we expect its appearance in the West one of these days, although it is to be expected that at a much higher price than what we see in the East.
Oppo Pad 2 Specifications
The Oppo Pad 2 tablet includes a powerful SoC MediaTek Dimensity 9000, an Octa Core manufactured in 4 nm. A Chip with 2 ARM Cortex-X2 processors that reach 3.05 Ghz, 3 ARM Cortex-A710 that reach up to 2.85 GHz and 4 ARM Cortex-A510 at only 1.8 GHz. In the graphic section, we have an integrated Mali GPU -G710 MP10 that allows us to play demanding titles quite fluently.
The RAM memory, which we have soldered on the board, has options with 8/12 GB LPDDR5. For storage, we have versions with 256/512 GB of high-speed UFS 3.1 memory.
Display and other features
The screen is an 11.61″ IPS, with a resolution of 2800×2000 pixels with a 7:5 ratio, 500 nits brightness, a configurable refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and Dolby Vision compatible. In the photographic section in the rear area we have a 13 MP camera and in the front area we have an 8 MP FHD camera. We have Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3 BLE, light, geomagnetic, gravity sensors, gyroscope, and a USB Type-C 3.0 port for data and charging.
For audio, we have four rear speakers with Dolby Atmos certification and the battery is 9510 mAh with 67 W SuperVOOC fast charge, with a range that reaches up to 14 hours.
The operating system carries the ColorOS 13.1 layer that is based on Android 13.
Price and availability
- The Oppo Pad 2 tablet can be purchased at the moment only in China at an exchange price that starts at 450$, although we will surely have it available on AliExpress shortly.
