We have just introduced the new Teclast P20 Pro tablet model, a much more powerful version of the current Teclast P20 that we already have in the stores. This new version changes its metal body design for a more conventional one but triples the RAM memory to 6 GB, increases its storage from 32 GB to 128 GB and also includes a FullHD+ IPS screen.
As an engine maintains the efficient SoC Unisoc SC9863A that we already tested in detail in the review of the Teclast P80X tablet and that lately is having great success in tablets. A tablet that sacrifices something in design but offers us a considerable improvement in hardware specifications and display.
SoC, RAM and storage
Within the Teclast P20 Pro tablet we find the popular SoC Unisoc SC9863A, an Octa Core manufactured in 28 nm with 4 ARM Cortex-A55 processors capable of reaching 1.8 GHz maximum speed + 4 that reach 1.2 GHz, while the GPU is a PowerVR IMG8322. We also have a generous 6 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 128 GB of storage memory that we can expand thanks to the included micro SD card reader.
Display and other specifications
In the Teclast P20 Pro screen section we have a 10.1 inch IPS with a FullHD+ resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and with Gorilla Glass 3 protection that also has an oleophobic layer to increase sensitivity. On the screen is included on top a 2 MP camera with microphone that complements the 5 MP rear camera.
We also have 4G-LTE Multiband modem with tray for Dual SIM, Wi-Fi aC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM Radio and a 6000 mAh battery with fast charge that theoretically lets us see up to 6 hours in video playback. In the connectivity section we have a 3.5 mm audio jack on one side and a USB Type-C for data and battery recharging. In the audio section we have two speakers at the bottom.
