Today we find a new version of the Teclast P30 budget tablet, where we now find the Unisoc T606 processor.
A 10.1-inch tablet that now adopts the Octa Core Unisoc T606 processor, a chip that replaces the Allwinner A523 that we have in the previous version and that will give us better performance. We also have an improvement in storage, as it doubles from 64 GB to 128 GB, a much more reasonable figure.
The operating system installed is Android 14, and includes Widevine L1 DRM certificates to watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, HBO Max and other streaming services in Full HD quality. A tablet that continues with the same external design with metal details and Wi-Fi 6 wireless connectivity.
Specifications of the new Teclast P30
The new version of the Teclast P30 tablet carries a Unisoc T606 processor manufactured in 12nm FinFET. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 high performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 1.6 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.6 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 650 Mhz. A processor with a power to run apps smoothly and games at medium or low level smoothly.
We also have integrated on the motherboard 4 GB of RAM (expandable to 10 GB with virtual). The storage memory is 128 GB that we can expand thanks to the micro SD card reader included on the side with cards up to 1 TB capacity.
Other notable features
Its screen is a touch IPS with a size of 10.1 inches with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and a brightness of 300 Nits. It also includes a 2 MP front camera with microphone that complements the 5 MP rear camera supported by a 0.3 MP secondary camera and a LED flash.
This tablet surprises us with its wireless connectivity Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. In the autonomy section, the Teclast P30 has a 6000 mAh battery that will give us about 6 hours of use with conventional charging 5V / 2A. In terms of connectors, we find a USB Type-C 2.0 port for data and battery charging and a 3.5 mm audio jack in case we want to connect headphones. It also has two stereo speakers for audio.
