Worldwide sales of tablets are increasing significantly and brands such as Teclast are constantly releasing new models such as the Teclast P50S, a shortened variant of the Teclast P50 that we saw recently .
A tablet that loses compared to the T50 the 4G-Lte modem and where the RAM drops to 4 GB, so its price is also supposed to be cut a few euros. The unibody metal body is maintained with a thickness of 8.8 mm and the operating system is Android 14, which guarantees a good service life even if we do not have updates.
The Teclast P50S maintains the Widevine DRM L1 certificate so we can use apps from paid streaming platforms in HD quality like Netflix. Another cheap tablet, with quite a few negative points, such as its screen resolution, which is too short for a 10.95-inch tablet.
Teclast P50S Specifications
In the Teclast P50S we find a Unisoc T606 processor manufactured in 12 nm FinFET. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 1.6 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.6 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 650 Mhz. A processor with a power to run apps smoothly and games at medium or low level smoothly and that has as a reference about 220,000 points in Antutu 9.
We also have 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM expandable with 8 GB of extra virtual memory. As storage we now have 128 GB that we can expand through the micro SD card reader up to 1 TB.
Display and other notable features
We have a 10.95-inch IPS TDDI Incell touch screen with 1280 × 800 pixels resolution, 300 nits brightness and 16:10 aspect ratio. The cameras are a 5 MP front with microphone, while in the rear area we have a 13 MP main camera with autofocus, a secondary one for iA functions and integrated flash.
In the Teclast P50S tablet we also find Dual Band Wifi aC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, an 8000 mAh battery that theoretically allows us to watch up to 11 hours of online video and two speakers.

Price and availability
- The new Teclast P50S tablet can be pre-ordered on Amazon and we assume it won’t be long before it arrives on AliExpress for much cheaper.
