The new TRIMUI Brick Pro Hammer U console has been unveiled an attractive machine that impresses with its highly durable CNC-machined aluminum body.
This console, available in two versions, offers a highly portable design. Powering the Hammer U is the Qualcomm Snapdragon G2 Gen 1 processor, a SoC that provides enough power to emulate consoles up to the PS2. Another highlight is its 3.95-inch FHD IPS display, which delivers good image quality at an affordable price.
This console runs on Android, allowing us to easily install any Android emulator. We can also use it for streaming gameplay via Moonlight or Steam Link by running games on our PC.
TRIMUI Brick Pro Hammer U Specifications
The TRIMUI Brick Pro Hammer U features the Qualcomm Snapdragon G2 Gen 1 (SG6150) processor, manufactured on an 11nm process. This SoC integrates two high-performance Kryo 460 cores at 2.0 GHz and six Kryo 360/460 cores at 1.7 GHz for low-power scenarios. There is also a simpler version, the TRIMUI Brick Pro, featuring the Allwinner A133p SoC, which is essentially the same as the one found in the original TRIMUI Brick.
On the graphics side, the Hammer U features an Adreno 612 GPU that allows us to run quite a few demanding games at good quality. This variant comes in versions with 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot for games.
Display and other features
The display chosen for the TRIMUI Brick Pro Hammer U is a 3. 95-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and a 60 Hz refresh rate. As for controls, it features a layout with two joysticks, a directional pad, four action buttons, four triggers, and other function keys. The connectors include a USB-C 3.0 OTG port and a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting headphones.
This console features Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, a gyroscope, vibration, and two speakers. At this time, the capacity of the battery inside is unknown.
