We already have the first official images of the Google TV Streamer and its remote control, the successor to the Chromecast with Google TV, which as you can see radically changes its design.
Now the new Google TV Streamer does not connect directly behind our TV to an HDMI port, but has a more traditional desktop format. In the picture we see 2 cables, possibly power and HDMI video output although we do not know the rest of ports, although it is easy to assume that given its size we will have some more than in the Chromecast with Google TV.
Google TV Streamer, total redesign
As you can see, a radical change in format compared to previous models, but still maintaining the curved lines that prevailed in the design of the latest Google Chromecast. It remains to be seen if we will have more ports available on the back, but being a Streaming oriented device it is possible that we will have a very limited number. We should not expect to find a USB for data or an Ethernet port.
New remote control
The remote control also changes, as it is a little bigger thanks to the inclusion of new buttons. Regarding the rest of its configuration nothing is revealed, we will only point out that it could arrive with an Amlogic S905X5 SoC and Android TV 14 if it is not delayed too much.
