Xiaomi has just unveiled its new Redmi Note 17 Pro, a mid-range smartphone that represents a significant improvement over the previous generation and stands out for its large 9,000 mAh battery with 67 W fast charging and its AMOLED display.
It’s powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, a 4-nm chip that scores 500,000 points on Antutu V11—more than enough for the average user and capable of running apps smoothly and handling mid-range games. This REDMI is available in versions with 8/12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and for storage, it offers 128/256/512 GB of UFS 3.1, with the option to expand it up to 2 TB thanks to the included microSD card slot.
The display is a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2772 × 1280 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 3500 nits, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The front-facing camera is 8 MP; the main rear camera has a 50 MP sensor, supported by a secondary 2 MP camera and an LED flash.
It includes Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, an IR sensor, GPS, and a 5G modem with dual SIM (no eSIM). Its only port is USB Type-C for charging and data transfer; the fingerprint reader is integrated into the power button, and the audio system consists of two Dolby Atmos-compatible speakers.
Finally, it runs on Android 16 with the Xiaomi HyperOS 3 UI, which ensures long-term software updates.
