Today we will test the new Beelink EQ13, a Beelink computer that we will analyze or review in detail. A mini PC with integrated power supply as a novelty.
The compact Beelink EQ13 is presented in a small plastic box with air inlet in the lower area. Inside we find as engine the Intel N200 (Alder Lake-N) processor manufactured in 10 nm , somewhat more powerful than the N100 of the Beelink EQ12. It comes by default with 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, we have two NVMe/SATA slots and we also have two video outputs. The operating system installed is Windows 11, it is also compatible with Linux or other compatible distribution.
We will see in the results in this review and let’s see how it fares in this competitive sector.

Beelink EQ13 Mini-PC Details
Unboxing of Beelink EQ13
The Beelink EQ13 arrives in a simple cardboard box with an image of the product. Inside we find the small computer with its contents, manual, HDMI and DC cable.
Description of the Beelink EQ13
The small Beelink EQ13 comes with a very compact and sober box, in the upper area we have a relief and in the lower area the air inlet. In the front and in the rear area we have all the connection ports, the USB-C port is only for data. This mini PC has an internal DC adapter with 19V 3A (64 W).
- Ports: 3x USB-A 3.2 / 2x USB-C 3.2 / 1x USB 2.0 / 2x HDMI 2.0 / 1x Audio Jack / DC.
The removable bottom cover has integrated dust filter and inside we can see the 500GB M.2 2280 SATA SSD 2280 in a PCIe 3.0×4 slot (too bad it’s not a NVMe SSD). We have another PCIe 3.0×1 2242 slot free, as memory a 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz SODIMM RAM DDR4 3200 MHz and for cooling we find a very quiet fan in the lower area.
System and performance
Environment and user experience
We start the Beelink EQ13 by pressing the power button that illuminates the integrated LED. In a few seconds we arrive at the Windows 11 Pro 64 bit desktop activated. As we can see it has the drivers installed correctly and we update it without any problems. The system moves fast in desktop use, it is a small computer valid for using multimedia and office apps.
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 64bit / Linux optional.
- Software: No preinstalled apps / Antivirus check = OK.
- BIOS: ESC access / BIOS AMI text / WOL / Auto Power ON / Power ON RTC.
- Tutorials: Control with your Smartphone / Install Windows 11 / Migrate Windows to SSD
Network, Storage, RAM and Ports
In terms of connectivity, the Beelink EQ13 we find a wireless Wifi 6 Bluetooth 5.2 adapter (Intel AX-101) with good speed and two Gigabit Ethernet ports (Realtek). The SSD is a SATA 3 2280, this limits its performance. The RAM comes is DDR4 16 GB RAM 3200 MHz with Single Channel configuration.
- Wifi: Range 42 dBm / Link 5G 680 Mbps / Bluetooth OK.
Processor, performance and thermals
In this Beelink EQ13 we have the uncommon Intel N200 (Alder Lake-N) chip manufactured in 10 nm (Intel 7) that has four cores and four threads that moves up to 3.7 GHz (the N100 reaches 3.4 GHz). In the graphics section we have an Intel UHD Graphics GPU up to 750 MHz with 32 EU (the N100 has 24 EU). This processor has a power consumption of only 6 W TDP and has sufficient performance for home use, suitable for use with KODI or IPTV, light editing applications and games without much 3D load.
Beelink EQ13 Benchmarks
We passed performance test with the Beelink EQ13, as we can see in the data is in line with these processors, in general we have about 15% more regiment with respect to the Intel N100. The GPU installed Intel UHD Graphics 32 EU as we can see, is limited to run simple games without much 3D load.
We put the Beelink EQ13 to the test and as we can see it offers good thermal performance, the system keeps temperatures under control with its very quiet fan at all times. This design with integrated power supply does not affect the internal thermals.
- Consumption: Off 0.9W / Sleep 8W / Usage 17W / Max 23W.
- Thermals: 40ºC – 71ºC Max / 68ºC Gaming / CPU 2.3 GHz Max / Performance up to 100%.
- Noise: 35 dBA Max / Variable RPM / Semi-passive.
Gaming
We tested several games with the Beelink EQ13, the results are the usual for this type of GPU integrated into low-power Intel. As we can see Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 32 EU is suitable for games in 1080p or 720p quality, it is not suitable for heavy games with a lot of 3D load.
- Setting: Medium quality / 1080p resolution / No VSync / Play emulators with RetroArch.
- On models with integrated Intel HD GPU on low and 720p resolution.
This mini PC we can play titles like LoL with a pretty surplus frame rate, in more demanding games like Fornite we no longer have good experience. As for emulators at most we stay in some simple Wii, PS2 and similar titles , we can not with demanding 3D emulators.
Video and audio test
Playback test
In terms of video and audio, the Beelink EQ13 mini PC has an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with VPU support for current codecs such as AV1. There is also support for HDR10 and multi-channel audio up to 7.1. This PC is perfectly valid as a multimedia system to use KODI, IPTV or to use it with PLEX.
- Video: 2x HDMI 2.0 / HDR10.
- Audio: HDMI up to 7.1 Jack stereo / Dolby DTS.
- Tutorials: Install KODI with add-ons / Auto refresh rate / Multichannel audio on Windows

Conclusions and purchase links for Beelink EQ13
Opinion about the Beelink EQ13
As we have found, the Beelink EQ13 is an efficient and compact mini PC and its Intel N200 processor gives us adequate performance and somewhat superior to the N100. As a novelty, this Beelink comes with an integrated power supply in the box, something quite comfortable and that does not affect the thermals. Undoubtedly it also stands out for its very quiet fan, which when in operation is not annoying at all.
Inside the Beelink EQ13 we have storage a 500 GB SATA SSD that would have been better if it used a NVMe and 16 GB of RAM DDR4 3200 MHz that could be DDR5, but for this processor is not critical either. A computer that will look good on any desk or office table for its design and small size.
The attractive Beelink EQ13 is a quiet, comfortable and efficient mini PC. Undoubtedly a very valid solution for home and multimedia use, plug and play.
